3. Successful Sales of Enara in Nuvali
The company's luxury segment also saw robust demand with the launch of Enara, a new neighborhood in Nuvali. Within the first week of February 2025, Ayala Land Premier recorded P4.7 billion in sales, with Enara contributing P2 billion. Ayala Land hosted the "10 Days of Art" festival from February 14 to 23, 2025, transforming Makati into an open-air gallery.
